“One of the featured acts at the Southington Italian American Festival was Gene DiNapoli a first time performer at the festival..
Gene had them on their feet in the first half of his show in which he performed many songs from the 50’s and 60’s. The mix of oldies pleased everyone young and old. The second half of his  show was an Elvis Tribute. Again Gene had them jumping with a full set of songs that made Elvis famous.. The high energy show was rewarded by a standing ovation by the appreciative audience with many requests that we bring Gene back again next year.”

“Gene was absolutely delightful!! We booked him for our monthly Senior Center luncheon not knowing what to expect.  Everyone was so pleased with his performance. Gene had a busy schedule booked for the same night of my party, but he was very accommodating and showed up on time and gave a great show. “The hardest part was finding the right Elvis. I’m from Houston and the party was in New York. I must have called 3 or 4 Elvises. Gene was the only one that was prompt in calling me back and took the time to call me several times to answer my questions. Gene was over-the-top! He was professional, on time, warm and friendly. He has a great voice and knew every Elvis song we requested. Surprisingly, he knew the history of Elvis and between songs while we were catching our breath from dancing, we learned some interesting facts about Elvis. EVERYONE young and old danced and by the end of the nite we were exhausted! He stayed after his performance while we took photos of him and family members. The party was in July and everyone continues to talk about it. This party was a family reunion with the youngest at 6 years old and the oldest and 80 years old. I can honestly say that this reunion will go down in history as the best due to Gene’s performance and his ability to create a memorable evening full wild crazy fun!
